By accessing or using mIself ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is provided by W!nno ("we", "us", "our"), operating from Denmark. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using mIself, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
mIself is a personal AI orchestration platform ("Personal Evolution Engine") that uses artificial intelligence to help you understand your identity, patterns, and personal evolution. The Service includes AI-powered analysis, persona creation, knowledge management, and identity-graph building.
AI-generated content is provided for informational and personal development purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise).
You must create an account via Microsoft Entra ID authentication to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
mIself offers free and paid subscription tiers (Premium and Creator). Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service when making a payment. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refund requests for web payments can be made by contacting us within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or input into mIself ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
We do not sell, share, or use Your Content for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you. Your identity graph, memory, knowledge base, and personal data are yours alone.
You can export all your data at any time via Settings → Account → Download My Data. You can permanently delete all your data via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
The Service uses third-party AI models (including Azure OpenAI) to generate content, insights, and analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You should not rely on AI-generated content for critical decisions without independent verification.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of W!nno and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "mIself" is a trademark of W!nno.
Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play, and — when you choose to connect them — Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook (read-only calendar access, revocable at any time in Settings). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Access to mIself during its closed beta period is by invitation only. If you registered using an invitation or registration code, you are a participant in the mIself Beta User Program, and the following terms apply to you in addition to the rest of these Terms.
As a beta participant, you may be given early access to features, designs, content, and information that are confidential and not yet publicly released ("Beta Information"). You agree to keep all Beta Information confidential, to use it solely for the purpose of evaluating and using the Service, and not to disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent. The existence and details of unreleased features are themselves Beta Information.
You agree not to publish, post, stream, or otherwise share screenshots, recordings, descriptions, or any other depiction of unreleased features or Beta Information on any public channel — including social media networks, forums, blogs, or messaging platforms — without our prior written consent.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that Feedback into the Service, without any obligation or compensation to you.
Beta features are provided "as is" and may be incomplete, may change, or may be withdrawn at any time without notice. We may modify, suspend, or end the Beta User Program, or revoke beta access, at our discretion.
Your confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations under this section survive the termination of your participation in the Beta User Program and of your use of the Service.
