What is mIself?
A companion you talk to. It remembers what you said, notices what keeps coming back, and shows you a picture of who you are, with your own words as receipts. It isn't medical or therapy advice.
How do I get an invitation?
mIself is invite-only for now. Request an invitation and we'll email you a code.
How do I cancel Premium?
If you subscribed on the web: Settings → Plan & billing → Cancel subscription. If you subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app: in your Apple ID settings, under Subscriptions. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
How do I download or delete my data?
Settings → Your data: download everything, or delete your account and all of its data.
Are my conversations used to train AI?
No. Conversations run on Microsoft Azure OpenAI, which doesn't use your content to train models. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
